Basic Stuffed Eggs

Yields 12 egg halves

 

6 hard boiled eggs                                                   

4 ½ tablespoons Blue Plate Mayonnaise             

Touch of mustard

1/8 teaspoon black pepper                                                    

½ teaspoon salt

Paprika

 

 

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Mash yolks with a fork and add in remaining ingredients, stirring til smooth. Spoon mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and chill for 15 minutes or longer before serving.
