Creamy Artichoke Holiday Dip

I N G R E D I E N T S :

• 2 cans artichoke hearts(drained & chopped)

• 2 cups Blue Plate Mayonnaise

• 8 oz cream cheese

• 1 ½ cups parmesan cheese

• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder to taste

D I R E C T I O N S :

• Melt ingredients slowly in saucepan.

  Stir to mix well. Pour into casserole dish (or pie plate).

• Bake at 350º 23-30 mins. or until golden brown. Ser ve hot with crackers or toast rounds.

S E R V I N G

S U G G E S T I O N S :

• Sprinkle top of dip with bread crumbs and extra parmesan cheese.

• Add crab or shrimp for an extra kick.
