Green Goddess Dip

Yields 1 ½ cups
 
¾ cup Blue Plate Mayonnaise                                           
2 tbsp minced tarragon leaves
¾ cup sour cream                                                               
1 tablespoon juice from 1 lemon
2 medium garlic cloves, pressed or minced (2 tsp)        
1/8 teaspoon salt
¼ cup minced fresh parsley leaves                                  
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup minced fresh chives
 
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl til smooth and creamy. Transfer dip to serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors are blended, at least 1 hour. Serve cold with crackers. (Can be refrigerated in airtight container for up to 2 days)
