Mayonnaise Dressing

Yields 1 quart
 
½ cup chopped onions                                            
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
1 tablespoon Cayenne                     
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon yellow mustard                                           
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon ketchup                                 
1 quart Blue Plate Mayonnaise
 
Put onions, Worcestershire, cayenne, black pepper, mustard, lemon juice and ketchup in a food processor and pulse two to three times to blend. Add the mayonnaise and pulse several times to blend. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to two weeks.  Excellent spread on a Po Boy sandwich on over a salad as a dressing.
