Southern Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Lbs.   Medium Red Potatoes, Scrubbed
  • 1 1/2 Cup   Blue Plate Mayonnasie
  • 2 Tsp          Try Me Tiger Sauce
  • 4                 Hard-boiled Eggs
  • 1/2 Tsp       Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp       Freshley Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup      Celery
  • 1/2 Cup      Chopped Green Onion
  • 1 Tsp          Chopped Parsely

Directions:

Boil Potatoes, partially covered, for 25 to 30 minutes, until fork tender.

Peel and cut cooled potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

In a large bowl combine potatoes, eggs, salt, cayenne pepper, celery, green onions, parsley, BLUE PLATE MAYONNAISE and TRY ME TIGER SAUCE then mix well.
