Tomato–Cheese–Bacon Melts

Yields 6 servings    (Prep Time: 10 min. Bake: 6 min.)
 
1 (16-ounce) garlic bread loaf, split                       ½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Blue Plate Mayonnaise                   1 (16-oz) pkg bacon, cooked & crumbled
3 tomatoes, sliced                                                     1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar Cheese
 
Cut each bread half into 3 pieces. Place cut side up on baking sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 4 minutes or til lightly toasted. Spread mayonnaise evenly over each bread piece. Top with tomato; sprinkle on pepper. Top with bacon; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 2 more minutes or til cheese melts.
