Tuna Melts

Yields 4 servings             (Prep Time: 20 minutes     Cook Time: 5 minutes)
 
1 (12 oz) can white tuna in water, drained           ½ teaspoon pepper
2 celery ribs, chopped                                              4 English muffins, split
3 tablespoons Blue Plate Mayonnaise                   8 tomato slices
2 tablespoons mustard                                            8 (1 oz) Swiss cheese slices
2 teaspoons lime juice
 
Stir together first 6 ingredients; spread evenly on each English muffin half. Top each muffin half with 1 tomato slice and 1 cheese slice. Broil sandwiches 5 minutes or til cheese melts.
