Cream Cheese Topped Brownies

Cream Cheese Topped Brownies from Heaven

 

Ingredients:

 1 pkg No Pudge! Any Flavor
 2 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
 1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
 2 eggs

Baking Instructions:

Prepare brownie batter per package instructions and pour into an 8 or 9-inch prepared springform pan.

Put into refrigerator until cream cheese filling is ready.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until blended.

Add eggs and continue to beat until smooth.

Pour cream cheese mixture over chilled brownie batter leaving an inch or so uncovered at the edge.

Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick stuck 1 inch from cream cheese edge comes out clean (center may seem a bit undone but will set after it is out of the oven).

Let cool then chill. Remove sides of pan and garnish with sliced strawberries if desired.
